For the longest time I wasn’t able to have much dill. It’s not everyones cup of tea so not being able to make it as often as I’d like has me making up for lost time. This sauce is a one size fits all. I find when making you’re own sauces there’s a lot more versatility to it’s uses. Store bought salad dressings are often super thick, have some type of binders in them, have a bit of a weird glossy fat aspect to them or have a strange consistency. But when you make them at home you’re in control of the ship, and as long as you have all the ingredients it’s SO FAST! Also by ingredients most may have a lot if not all of these on hand anyways!

Dried spices are one of those things that you can collect like pok√©mon to make sure you’re ready and able to create any dish. This is why they’re perfect for dressings and sauces! I’ll try and post some more simple dressings here and there but if you’re going to start with one let it be this. Used for dipping chicken fingers, pizza, apps, as salad dressings, or even a last minute garnish. Too many options to count. You will be able to make this in literally 5 minutes. I use this for my Buffalo Chicken Salad and my Green Gal Salad.
