Cook both enoki mushrooms and sesame crusted tofu according to stated recipe.
While doing this get the Rice going in the rice cooker, add the water and rice vinegar.
Fill sauce pan with water and boil, once boiling add frozen edamame and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and toss with flakey sea salt.
Time to plate! Rice on the bottom and portion each ingredient in it's own portion of the bowl, ie; edamame, beside enoki, beside tofu. Top with kewpie mayo, Sriracha and fried onions. Enjoy!
